Pros

great company to work for, excellent atmosphere and working environment, very flexible and people-oriented, awesome family support, and strong growth/change opportunities all over

Cons

Nothing really. The mandatory pension which you can't cancel or change - a little annoying but I can't call it an issue really. Workwise is politically overcomplicated, not great but nothing too serious can be much worst.

Pros

Decent benefits, Great work/life balance with work from home programs, Paid time off

Cons

Nepotism, training programs are inefficient, No continuity of goals for each manager I've encountered - makes for a "free for all" mentality, Performance measurement system is extremely flawed.

Pros

Has a very strong fundamental proposition beyond simply being a capacity provider. Provides opportunity to move around the business and develop wider skills. Does not demand extremely long hours

Cons

Historically has relied on key individuals who have been leaving in large numbers. Is solely focused on cost cutting now which means reduced headcount and lower pay levels.
