      Flexible work arrangements Good company benefits Great and fun culture

      Cons

      Lots of unnecessary involvements and meetings with Marketing (good to involve employees from all level, but could be done via an online survey or form to gather inputs). Salary is lesser than industry peers. Too many meetings.
