      Pros

      Modern office with good tech. Free breakfast and lunch / varied menu with vegan options available. Good pension and insurance for staff. Hybrid working available to most staff. Friendly and encouraging management.

      Cons

      There are a lot of external vendors responsible for delivering core business functions which can slow projects down considerably. It can be very frustrating at times.
