      Wonderful coworkers. The Denver office has really incredible people

      Management is terrible, unrealistic goals, awful tools, upper management is completely out of touch with the field

      Pros

      I have worked at Zurich for 16 years and it has improved a lot in the last 5 or so especially. Zurich has excellent communication with it's employees, is a solid company with a bright future, takes it's impact and commitment to community and the environment as seriously as a publicly held financial servives company could, and really has some competitive benefits as well.

      Cons

      Could do better at promoting from within and helping employees to get different jobs from within the company, while learning new skills. This is true of most large companies, though.
