> Reorgs every 6 months with no consultation...very sterile approach ("Outcome assessment" was title of my appointment to see if I still had a job after a large restrucure changing my role significantly with no input) > Company is marching toward significant changes using ready, fire, aim methodology; Hacksaw Greco is turning into a one-trick pony by slashing expenses for short term earnings bump. > Reorgnaization in an already widespread company all over the globe makes job satisfaction slim to none as your are always finding brick walls.

Poor pay, horrible office, lack of leadership, any creative thinking is shouted down, too much arrogance that their way is the correct way, people are allowed to get away with bullying, people are promoted way above their ability based on either brown nosing management or by trying to get other people in to trouble, archaic systems, constant change in management team, constant threat of redundancy, poor benefits package. The worst place I've ever worked, including my part time college job cleaning toilets!
