      Pros

      Zurich tower is an amazing building to work out of. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Good culture.

      Cons

      I arrived when the company was changing operational systems (A lengthy process), which i only found out after starting the role.

      There is nothing good i can think of

      Cons

      No growth, no culture. no socialisation. People always feel like they are under pressure all the time. They are typical insurance company with traditional corporate culture.
