      Poor leadership in some teams. Typical issues of a huge company where there are endless meetings and no impact.

      Decent place if in line with your priorities

      Good people around (not all of them), reasonable work life balance, flexibility in terms of what you’re doing, decent mgmt in some places

      Cons

      Not a place if you want fast growth; bureaucracy in some areas is fully reflective of company scope; politics, in some places lots of it
