Structured career progression, decent annual bonus, good flexible benefits package. Free parking at Cheltenham site.

Cons

Long hours, company operating with skeleton staff so everyone is doing the job of 10 people. Blame culture when things go wrong.

Nice people to work with. People genuinely get on with and care for each other. Several good benefits including pensions and flexible benefits

Salaries could be better, too corporate, IT systems need updating (system I used is 20 years plus old)

Good work life balance. Flexible hours. Work from home if you want. Learning programs and chances to add experienced in other parts of the company. Very international.

Cons

Strategy wasn't altogether clear but getting better. Too bureaucratic and too many people on the same thing. Lack of appointing one person responsible for one specific product/project. Too many chefs in the kitchen at times.
