      Good company but poor Group CEO

      Pros

      Collegial network and exchange is good. Compensation for executive staff is good.

      Cons

      No consequences for toxic behavior especially if it's from the Group CEO. This creates a bad environment cascading through the organization, and is totally counterproductive to the actually very good intentions of the Group CEO.
