      Pros

      Zurich has big aspirations and they are serious about becoming a future fit organisation. There are so many opportunities to contribute.

      Cons

      Can be a bit chaotic at times but worth it if it means we get to shape our future. It's not easy, and complex problems are tough to solve.

      Location, capacitation, specialization, professionalism and people skills are good

      Cons

      pressure at work, ISO process and internal audits are too much. Bonus were not 100% guarantee at the end of the year.
