      Pros

      The people are lovely. The flexibility is great especially as someone with a young family. Very good with upskilling existing staff and promoting.

      Cons

      People who make overall decisions don't consult the people who actually deal with the changes. The pay could be better (it's not bad it just could be better). Sometimes there is an unrealistic expectation in regards to work loads.

      Pros

      Zurich has the best Employee Resource Groups and Community Programs that get employees involved. They have a great, shiny new office in North Sydney and their technology is great. Lots of collaborative tools. Heavy use of salesforce and microsoft everything. Makes working from home extremely frictionless

      Cons

      Their HR processes are the most unempathetic I've ever experienced. HR generally are very systematic and process-driven rather than people-driven but this company is the worst. Salaries are below market. Employees are overworked

      Decent pay and conditions with some forward thinking policies

      Cons

      Poor IT infrastructure. Old fashioned leadership in terms of insisting people are in the office all the time even in a pandemic. Staff who have left are not replaced and so workload and pressure is huge which means more people leave and the cycle repeats.
