Pros

Ambient is ok. Pension plan and insurance are a pro. Estability

Cons

The 11 month contracts are not cool. They hardly contract people on their firsts years on the organization. They extend temporary contracts of 11 months, and you leave for 1 month, then they hire you again. Also, the organization is really burocratic and hardly develops.
