The company values 'fun' and still invests in fun activities and clubs. The pay , benefits, bonus and RSUs are generous especially for working in Utah

High performers are rewarded with more RSUs to try and get you to stay longer, but other than that it feels like recognition is more how you show versus how you do. It is not encouraged to take risks and every change needs so much approval.. the opposite of agile.

Manager, Manager's Manager, Manager's Managers's Manager !! Very Command & Control Env. What recent Layoff taught us is that its nothing to do with your performance, rather who is sycophants to their immediate managers.
