Business Outlook
Pros
The company is very stable and progressing as such. great mission and values employee (maybe depending the team). great and inclusive culture.
Cons
- Frequent change in directory level personal ( those who had been with company since startup). don't know if this is good or bad. - Principle engineers are leaving as well. definitely not good. - Compensation is lower compared to bay area standard. - Some team at least one of the team I work with promotions are given based on seniority regardless of how you work. not a good incentive for achievers and becomes like a tribe where you go along with the tide, for some this may be advantage as they just ride along and work a cushy job.
