Pros
-unlimited PTO/WFH for real -not in SF proper, so it's cheaper and a reverse commute -great work life balance, people sometimes leave early to pick up kids but will keep working in the evening -managers who care
Cons
-not in SF proper -perks pale in comparison -some teams are worse than others, some teams are better than others -need more pride in the company -our stock isn't going anywhere
