      Pros

      Culture is ok. Ice cream in the summers.

      Cons

      Propriety language called XO. Cumbersome testing framework called WATS and brittle build system called PCQ. Middle management are idiots, creating more problems then they solve. Don't bother with promotions, which only come after 3+ years if you're lucky. Zero raises if you're P4 or above.
