However great the company is the current team I am part of the manager is micromanaging the flexibility which workday offers by enforcing certain days which eliminates the flexibility offered by the company. Every movement is being scrutinized and monitored making a toxic place to work right now. During Compensation there's no budget for employees working hard throughout the year.
