Cons
Frequent organizational changes and restructuring can create uncertainty. Leadership decisions around automation and expansion are sometimes unclear at the team level, and communication between executives and employees can feel limited. Career development can also feel inconsistent depending on the organization.

-Carl has finally left the building
-4 employee holidays on top of FTO (which isn’t really FTO bc they tell you not to take too many days off so you end up never taking time off)
-Free snacks (if the vultures haven’t gotten to them before 9)
-on site chiropractor, physical therapist, masseuse

Had to put up with all the BS with Carl in charge.
