      Many talented and dedicated colleagues who genuinely care about their work.

      Cons

      Recent changes in leadership have shifted the culture in an unhealthy direction. A new member of the leadership team has contributed to a more toxic and stressful environment, leading to decreased morale across multiple groups.

      In the last couple years, it's become a standard business with a "do less with more" attitude.
