Unreliable software.

Pros

I've yet to see them.

Cons

This software makes employee payroll problematic. There is no one to contact when your payments are not made, email or leave a message and it takes weeks to get it corrected.

Used to be great, new C suite destroyed it

Pros

Good pay, decent flexibility in work hours

Cons

Entire message WD presents to the world is a cover. The company is struggling. The new CEO and CFO have absolutely destroyed the company. They are very up front with the fact employees have no value and they are going to replace them with the cheapest alternative. The constant threat of layoffs and centralizing of decision making has destroyed the culture and the innovation WD thrives on to survive. The new AI products are all just ideas with no practicality, most of what they have in the market are higher-priced, watered down versions of what other companies are already doing. They say they want everyone to use AI in their jobs but with them going so far down market for talent, a lot of people struggle with not just AI but basic business skills. The company used to take care of it's employees so they can make WD the best company out there. Now they don't want WD to be the best, they want it to be the cheapest so C and Z can hit their payouts then jump ship leaving the carcass of a once great company rotting in the gutter.

Pros

A very employee-first workplace with a great culture, flexible timings, no micromanagement, and strong customer service values.

Cons

Office is a little small and sometimes it can be difficult to find a quiet place to sit and work.
