Pros

Good benefits and nice coworkers. Used to love working here.

Cons

Ever since Carol took over, he’s ran workday into the ground. He only cares about profit, acquisitions and AI. The core value of employees no longer applies now that Carl works here. There is no real strategy for the business. We’ve had multiple layoffs and they’ve gotten rid of critical roles and kept people whose roles are redundant simply because they have connections with higher ups. They’re silently removed diversity initiatives, cut back employee event budgets, rolled back benefits we used to have and became so cheap with everything.
