      Cons

      You may not have a lot of say over the tech you get to work with. Usual slowness due to larger organizational red-tape and policies. ERP systems may be considered "boring" to work on depending on the person.

      Pros

      Great company, great culture that values employees and its reflected in most of the employees. I grew a lot since I join this company not only on professional dimension but also as a person thanks to the policies that encourages respect, internal mobility and great leadership.

      Cons

      of course each company has cons but can't think of one ATM.
