Pros

Generally really solid workmates, paid pretty well

Cons

Newer people brought it were way more political than prior hires, FInance has really started nickle and diming people and are less than upfront when it comes to severance terms and conditions.

Pros

Easy workload for the most part, fairly lenient with 50/50 in-office workdays, rest remote compared to other companies

Cons

Following with major negative changes in tech, they are making this the dinosaur they always railed against. Constantly chasing the next shiny object to make stock price go up (blockchain then AI) but never doing a good job of it. RSUs ceased to be exist, lowering everyone's annual salaries, lay-offs for the first time in company history in 2024/2025 and only continuing.
