Pros

Workday is a hot company with a fantastic product. While CSD is not glamorous, it is a great place to learn B2B sales skills. If you are successful, the company will take care of you in regards to compensation and growth opportunities.

Cons

Workday is more expensive up front. CSD career path is not set, but if you are successful, you will be afforded opportunities.

Proprietary Coding Tool, which has a learning curve and can take a while to get used too and doesn't have much use outside of the company
