Cons

1. Layoffs. They told us it's because of AI, but after 6 months started to hire in India like crazy. They almost stopped hiring developers in other places. 2. Almost no promotions. Rare ones are given to one's who are politically loud, keen doing nothing else. 3. They stopped giving refreshes to many people based on rules like "25% shouldn't get them", no matter how hard they worked

Free Cab, Free Meal, Wellbeing/Gym, child care, great office, Amazing place for an individual contributor. RSU offered are up to the market.

Cons

Worst culture and worsening day by day. Avoid if you are looking at workplace just work. Politicking at its best.

The team culture at here is genuinely supportive. Colleagues are approachable, and there's a real sense of collaboration instead of unhealthy competition. WLB is good.

Limited Career Growth for now.
