Pros

The total compensation is still good. Many different projects and products to potentially work on. If you're resourceful you can find interesting and career building things to do here. Very diverse workforce and many nice people. Nice office space with extras like snacks, showers, bike shed etc.

Cons

The proprietary stack is archaic and a pain to work with. Nobody has found a way to move away from it yet, not sure why. Many people here have only worked in Workday and do not have experience with the technology the rest of the world uses. If you come in as a grad to work on the proprietary stack you'll be unemployable anywhere else. The red tape is insane and it takes anywhere from 6 months to a year to get approvals for anything new. Endless processes being added on dev teams making it difficult to find time to actually build software. Career progression is difficult and based mainly on being known and talking a lot. The new CEO has no idea what a great software company looks like and continues to focus on selling more and spending less.
