Pros

Good amount of emphasis on cultural values. A lot of that has been maintained even though the company has grown much larger over time. This comes top down, the leaders lead by example. Benefits are very good in general. There is lot of flexibility in general.

Cons

Like any other company - there is overall company culture and then there are individual team dynamics that can vary a bit. The will not pay through the roof like FANG companies. However the HQ is in east bay, so a favorite place to work for people living in the east bay and want to avoid commute.
