Pros

Very focused on providing a great place to work, either in the office or remotely. After decades in this business, this is the only place I've worked where I don't think I could name a single "disgruntled employee."

Cons

Like any engineering organization, some of the technology decisions are maddening, but usually driven by keeping service reliable for customers.

Pros

From top to bottom, Workday is a company with a generally positive vibe. My leaders and my co-workers genuinely care about me and my family and my professional growth. People love to collaborate here and you can count on peers to have the best intentions in any situation. At Workday, a great majority of us are optimistic about the direction of the product, about our customers and about each project ahead.

Cons

There is some uncertainty as to how the company will look in 10 years as we continue to grow. But this does not impact our day to day lives and the company has adapted well to change.
