      Pros

      the company culture is generally very supportive, and the expectation of work to work/life balance is reasonable. the managers I have worked with internally and from a customer facing standpoint have been excellent.

      Cons

      -access to learning materials is not always consistent or reliable - they are very late to the game in terms of pay transparency - qualifications for promotion are incredibly subjective, and even if you meet the publicized metrics they put out, it is not a guarantee that they will have the budget to promote eligible consultants
