Pros

Nice company culture and persons Innovative culture. Super great products, leading the market.

Cons

No internal opportunity to grow, seems like whatever position you have you will be stuck for a while. This turned into developing a toxic office environment. Despite selling an all in one platform collaborative, that unifies every department in companies, Workday is still working in silos. Poor management and coaching.

Pros

Outstanding benefits, making it an attractive workplace in terms of compensation and perks. The opportunity to learn and receive mentorship from experienced professionals is a standout feature, fostering growth and skill development among its workforce. Former colleagues are supportive and always willing to offer help and advice. Fantastic snacks

Cons

Despite claims of hiring based on cultural fit, the workplace culture can be disappointing. Gossip among some coworkers detract from a professional atmosphere and undermine integrity within the team. The company is undergoing significant changes, which seem to be altering its culture and approach to sales, often mirroring aggressive tactics seen in other tech companies. This shift has led to a sense of chaos and lack of structure, making it challenging to navigate career paths and understand promotion criteria. Your success is largely determined by your ability to make public your accomplishments which lead to promotions that appear to favor connections over performance and measurable metrics, creating frustration among employees seeking advancement based on merit.
