Pros
Lots of peer support, Lots of knowledge, Gives you ample chance to do client engagement, great technical mindsets, huge resource pool, BIG knowledge sharing internal sites, comparative pay with its Indian counterparts, Focused on technical delivery of project. Every thing else is just like any other IT company. It is a competitive world!!!
Cons
Lacks in count of Mid level management who are experienced in subject areas/or project management. This is hurting WIPRO as a consulting company. This also hurts the aspirations of other team members as they remain as the same consultant as they were hired because of lack of projection and new opportunities while it slows down account mining.
