      Some interesting work, but the vision disappears when it leaves the C-level offices.

      Numerous patents, C-level management are engaged, global strength

      Cons

      VPs are not real VPs, but tend to be what other companies would view as middle management - ineffective middle management. Global Induction training introduces you to key executives, which shares their vision and focus, and gives you a feeling of a great and competent company that is going places. One level of management down and it's all chaos and confusion, without an ounce of strategic focus or direction - everything is driven by quarterly results.

      Good pay master in India .Don't expect much on career fronts

      Pros

      If you are working in India ,then Wipro is a good pay master for experienced resources.It balances between your work and personal life.Provides opportunity to work in different countries. You are treated professionally.

      Cons

      No training.There are so many employees that you are lost in a crowd .There is not much of career enhacement opportunities.It has a public sector kind of work culture where you can expect to get by without working hard.The pay in US is very less compared to US based consulting firms.So there is no incentive to work for Wipro in US.The client looks at Wipro as a cheap service provider.
