      Pros

      Firstly, its one of the Indian companies in world. Secondly, it gave a better scope to learn for a beginner like me. Above all, I believe working for a vendor or third party could really put our potential to work to test by having cut off's and meeting SLA(Service Lending Agreement)

      Having worked for about two years in WIPRO, never felt that Iam into wrong place.

      Efforts are not acknowledged / looked into (due to various factors) - Genuine Employee Grievances are not looked into by the Seniors - Salary, in comparison to the Market, is less - Parity not maintained in Salary.
