Attitude towards employees is the worst I have ever seen or heard of.... no preference to employees personal life
Billablity is all that matters... as long ones billable nobody bothers the existence and the moment you are non billable suddenly you are seen as dead weight and is all your responsibility then...
don't know what the middle managers in this company actually do ....
In a 5 member working team on client location there are probably 5 different wipro internal teams - Delivery, sales, practice, consulting...and what not... treating each other like enemy with only their vested interests and goals.... there is NO Team work....
Worst sales team I have ever seen. ...only interested in securing the project PO... don't care a darn if project fails afterwards. ....
I was asked to find my own replacements (2 nos.) In order for the manager to accept my resignation....which I eventually did.... never heard of this nonsense anywhere....
I was requested to work for 2 weeks beyond my LWD with assurance that I will be paid... but was never paid citing system reasons . .... HR who was involved then doesn't support the case.....
HR is just a dummy function who are just administrators..... with decision making for bonuses and promotions lying with verticals / account managers and offshore delivery managers who I believe are a practical joke....
One rule doesn't apply to all in this company....nepotism in multiple forms... including linguistics .....
Within the same team there is no unity ... people have to pull others down to climb up the ladder...
