Pros
The goals of the company are exciting and its work ethic brilliant. The hierarchy is very flat and people are allowed the space to figure out how best to contribute and what career direction to take. There is time away from client work allowed for side projects and the kit is top notch (MacBook Pro and big Apple monitor). And the company is selective in terms of what work to accept and doesn't just take anything to pull the money in. There are many people here that I can learn a great deal from and I feel challenged but trusted. Great place to work and grow.
Cons
If you like a well groomed backlog and knowing ahead what you'll be working on in a few months, this is not the place for you - there is uncertainty inherent in all the projects, especially in the beginning. Days of leave offered could be better.
