Pros
It is very easy to move around to another project (it is about networking!!). It is easy to get a hold of managers. As long as you do the legwork on your side, there are people in leadership that actually want to help you and actually put in the legwork to further assist. The job in itself is very easy to do.
Cons
It has low pay comparative to cost of living. It may take some time to initially get paid (once they get you into payroll then it becomes smooth sailing from there on out). Please be aware people will get comfortable and become dormant about improving professional skills to the point that people do not want to leave...
