Flexible, mostly great colleagues, good hours. Ethical at fundraising with excellent training.

Cons

Management have their favourites, with no fairness. If you’re a favourite you will be promoted, go on trips, meals out etc. If you’re not a favourite, you’ll know about it. Limited to no opportunity of progression in certain departments (unless you’re a favourite) Below market rate pay
