Pros

Literally, this was the worst job ever. The only pro was that I was able to just pack up and leave after a week. Normally I would stick any job for three months to really give it a go but I genuinely hated every moment of this job the whole time.

Cons

The company is an utter sham. They drop you off in the middle of nowhere (outskirts of city) and send you knocking doors-they left me as a female completely on my own-no other team members in the area as my team leader had to go to a meeting in a different city hours away. In the interview they promise you everything and make it seem really easy. It's hard. It's hard to sell a lie when you know it's not true to people hit hard by the recession. It made me feel like a really awful person.

Pros

The intial training was very professional.

Cons

Lack of information, mis-information about the house and what the job entails. Randomised placement means you could end up miles away from home. You spend your entire work day alone. Finally the monthly pay date is ridiculous - 5 weeks with no pay, added onto the 3-4 weeks it took to get the job.

Pros

A fantastic company to work for, they truly respect and look after their staff with their "well looked after" policy. I've worked with Wesser now for 7 weeks and they are one of the best companies I have worked for. You get to live in a nice house rent free with other team mates who are great people, do a job that isn't physically all that demanding, you meet hundreds of people a week, get paid a decent wage and can earn more depending on how well you do, and to top it all, and most importantly - you are raising tons of money for a fantastic charity. Having been to a company seminar this weekend I can also say with honesty and assurance that they also take honesty about their business and integrity and working practices very seriously, and from what I have heard this weekend I know for a fact they are a company that strive to better themselves and desire to be seen as the best, and want to be seen as one of upmost integrity.

Cons

It's a target based job. And you can meet some not so pleasant people when doing your job. However this is well outweighed by the positives, and it's more than achievable to exceed targets - and you definately meet more nice people than unpleasant. Internet in the houses would be very helpful.
