Fun job, but can be stressful.

Fun job if you like talking to poeple, they also provide subsidised accommodation, nice to live with members of the team, opportunity to meet new people and live in different places across the UK.

Cons

Stressful job if you don't meet your targets, and can sometimes be a bit overwhelming living with your team/boss as you don't get a break from "work life".

They look after people. During lockdown everyone got full time pay and and lots of support

Cons

Its a target based environment. Its not for everyone but the targets are pretty easy. You only dont hit them if you are not making an effort.
