I have worked for Wesser for 8 years and I can honestly say it is one of the best places I have worked in. I have made some lifelong friends and professionally the company strive to develop its employees and will constantly try to encourage your best performance. My long standing service to this company is a testament to the people that I have the privilege work with and the fact that the company is generally a lovely place to be a part of.

I love the way the company has evolved in the last few years regarding really looking after the workforce. Monthly pay and cracking weekly bonus structure gives a real incentive to achieve as much as possible. Houses I have lived in are really nice and pretty cool competitions this year for fundraisers to travel across Europe is exciting! Anyone that is thinking of working here, give it a go, majority of negative reviews seem to come from people who have left for one reason or another and are wanting to give the company a bad name when all they do is support you during your time with them. Even the money I spent going down for my initial training days were reimbursed back to me which was a massive bonus!
