Fun and Fair working environment where you are not just a number but part of the Wesser family, your views and opinions are listened too and respected. Working for such a great cause the job gives you a real sense of satisfaction that you are doing something meaningful.

Busy and sometimes stressful you need to be able to juggle your workload especially in peak seasonal times

None at all. I genuinely can’t think of any.

Cons

Horrible hours, house kept in awful condition, a lot of pressure, my boss was awful, they really don’t take enough care of their employees, and I was frequently made to feel worthless
