This company has been constantly growing over the last 45 years. It has evolved from a Spanish distributor to a global integrated In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) company, being a world leader in the niche autoinmune diseases and hemostasis IVD sectors. It has become a "hidden champion" (so common in Germany or Japan, quite rare in Spain). It takes pride in attracting and motivating the most talented professionals.
Cons
It can be seen as very conservative in some aspects. Though it has been opening up in the last years, there are still some strict hierarchical rules to which one must abide in order to be given some credit.
