Pros
Company holiday parties and amicable coworkers. Strong sense of comradery (in certain areas)
Cons
Upper management is terrible. They treat employees like pawns, don't care if you have work-life balance or not, and scare/threaten lower-level managers into being complicit. Also, even if you interview for one job, they will put you where they see fit after hiring you. Favoritism is demonstrated between employees. These are all factors why I only stayed for a year.
