      - Director and Team Leads are easy to talk to and easy to get along with. - You gain a lot of experience - Structured environment - Hour long lunches - On-site gym - $3 Lunch entrées - Team Building activities - Helpful environment

      - Pay is mediocre - Inside the building(s) are like mazes - End Users are sometimes demanding (normal where ever you go)

      Remote work option. Technical training is excellent, provided by subject matter experts who have real world experience. Pay and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Busy pace and heavy workload due to staffing. However progress is being made to add additional FTEs to keep Up with the needs of our customers.
