      Pros

      Incredible team culture, and now maturing into a company with great benefits (including the most expensive Gympass plans for free, health and dental insurance, 3-6 months parental leave fully paid).

      Amazing product and mission, some leadership and process dysfunction

      Pros

      - product is unlike anything else on the market - mission is really powerful and genuine - company culture reflects the mission - competitive pay - great benefits

      Cons

      - leadership is at times dysfunctional - change happens frequently (new orgs, roles, focuses) - just went through multiple rounds of increasing prices (in my opinion they were too aggressive & could have major impact on sales conversion and churn) - business model can be complex/confusing. Only offering the product to companies makes marketing a challenge.
