      Pros

      An incredible product to be selling and have the opportunity to use. Great benefits as you can imagine. Higher management are approachable and engaged, really listening to the feedback of staff and incredibly supportive. Pay and commission are fair. The best culture i've come across in the corporate world. Flexible working and a human approach makes life so much easier. People are regularly promoted and celebrated.

      Cons

      Although they are on a 'ramp up' targets are a little intense the first couple of months, that being said, this is understood by managers.

      Pros

      It's honestly a lovely company, I really like Gympass for several reasons. They offer great pay and benefits, a healthy work environment and several programs of feedback for both the employee and the company itself.

      Cons

      While there aren't many cons aside from being understaffed in some areas, which result in heavy workloads.

      Pros

      Amazing culture with D&I initiatives. I really enjoyed working at Gympass as for me it was a great journey where I had the opportunity to be challenged and to work with autonomy.

      Cons

      I experienced the challenges of working in a start up environment some years ago, but I don't see it as a "cons" when I look back to that days. It was exactly those challenges that helped me developing my skills and to be ready to the challenges I'm facing nowadays in another company.
