      Good Product, Bad Leadership, Unrealistic Targets, Minimal Training, and Unequal Treatment

      Pros

      Collaborative team with a positive and supportive peer environment. Minimal micromanagement. Convenient office location in a walkable area. Complimentary high-tier Wellhub membership.

      Cons

      Leadership tends to focus more on optics than meaningful employee development. Coaching is often surface-level and lacks practical value. Formal sales training is limited, and some managers lack direct selling experience, which undermines effective guidance. New hires are often assigned accounts and targets that are difficult to convert, especially without proper onboarding or structured training. This creates a high-pressure environment where success is hard to achieve early on, leading to high attrition and performance plans. Remote and hybrid flexibility is applied inconsistently. Some employees work remotely while others are required to be in-office, despite job descriptions stating otherwise. Perks like remote work flexibility, mentioned during the recruiting process, are often not honored after hire. Parking is not covered by the company, and annual costs can be significant.

Opportunity to shape the business – You can truly make an impact and see the results of your work.

      Cons

      100% remote model – Can feel isolating at times and limits informal connections. Limited benefits package – Compared to the market, benefits could be more competitive. Lack of diversity in leadership – There’s space for more inclusive representation at the top. Processes still maturing – As a growing company, some areas lack structure and consistency. Work-life balance varies – Depending on your role or area, the pace can be intense.

      Wellbeing for others, not for the employees. A hellish work environment.

      Pros

      Salary and benefits are good for Portugal standards, not for international. Great opportunity for autonomy, allowing you to provide solutions based on microservices architecture. Fantastic teammates with collaborative focus despite the struggles to handle the amount of work.

      Cons

      Intense and constant workload, high levels of pressure with tight schedule. The environment is very stressful with poor management of crisis which will consume your mental health and your teammates/closest leaders as well. Things can (and they do regularly) derail fast requiring overtime and they aren't paid. Salaries and benefits aren't competitive enough for international standards, which makes difficult a long-term career plan.
