      Wouldn't recommend for Sales People

      Pros

      - Everyone is really nice and friendly - The product/platform is class and you get the gold membership for free - Collaboration with other teams - Professional, sensible, hard working environment - Hybrid work

      Cons

      Basically Senior leadership and Sales culture: - Frequent shifts in sales strategy made it difficult to build consistency and momentum - making it up as we went along - Unrealistic KPIs were introduced, which didn’t translate into meaningful results. - Senior leadership from outside the UK provided direction without fully understanding the local market - Questionable hires. I believe the hiring approach has favoured nice personalities over competitive sales dogs so that it aligns with company culture/values. It's a soft culture but makes sense for an international wellbeing company. - Limited progression due to the same leadership team being in place for nearly a decade, I understand loyalty to OG's, but if they're not delivering then... - So many unnecessary meetings - Heavy on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, which isn't a bad thing but you don't need a global meeting every week about something. - Office is quiet, no sales buzz - Slightly clicky culture - Didn't feel like I could be myself

      Good company to work

      - Good environment, our ideia can be shared and are important. - Has good benefits and Wellhub try to help us. - Remote work.

      Cons

      - Tecnical path still a gray area. Teoric they have a path to growth but in practical way this path don't work well.

      Pros

      After a few years working here is amazing to see how much we are still growing and the number of opportunities we still have. What a fantastic combination of growth, purpose, culture and potential.

      Cons

      Keep working in making sure talents are recognized and addressing poor performance. I would say that sometimes it feels we take too long to address poor people that doesnt fit our culture (even though this is better and faster than aywhere else) or deliver bellow expectation
