      People are usually very friendly. Good balance between work and personal life. Good benefits!

      Cons

      A company founded by Basilians managed by Basilians for Basilians. If you’re not Basilian and have any type of ambition, you’ll be wasting your time here. Lots of fluff everywhere! Also, an extremely hierarchical mindset.

      Culture of diversity, empowerment and openness. I feel lucky to work here with people that really care for me as a human being.

      Cons

      Despite being a big company, Gympass looks like a startup. Things move fast here in Gympass. Get used to priorities changing very quickly.
