Pros

Great culture: a lot of flexibility to employees, extra PTOs, actions regarding diversity, a lot of team work (constructive collaboration) and it is a dynamic job The company is very meritocratic and, if you work hard, you will be recognized, but the job isn't easy The majority of the leadership is open minded and we can have great conversations about everything (personal and professional)

Cons

- Problems with data: a lot of tools being used and the results of none of them match and some people don't have access to all tools used and can't see the information needed - Quotas of the commercial team are always released almost in the middle of the quarter and the strategy related to the kind of opportunities that the team will tackle change every quarter - Company very focused on results so the quotas are very aggressive

We also appreciate you noting some areas where we've needed to improve and take action. In the past, we did face some challenges regarding quotas, but we've made significant improvements to the process. Now, all Sales teams receive their quotas in the first week of the quarter. However, during the most recent period, there were some discussions and corrections that unfortunately caused a delay in sending out the Client Success quotas. We acknowledge that this wasn't ideal and are actively working to ensure such delays are avoided in the future. We share your view on the importance of data for our commercial teams, and it remains a top priority for us to maintain and distribute it effectively and promptly. If you have any more feedback on this or any other topic, please don't hesitate to share your ideas. You can reach out to your HRBP, your manager, or participate in our quarterly employee survey. I am grateful for the strong encouragement and support from my leaders that have enabled me to achieve my best in my role. They have helped me identify my strengths and areas for development, providing guidance and recognition when my work is well done. This positive environment has allowed me to thrive and continue growing in my role. I am proud to be a part of such a supportive and empowering team.

Cons

My workload is quite demanding, and while it can be challenging sometimes, I appreciate the chance to learn new skills and expand my knowledge.
